With the help of private fittings, fixed sealed joints are created. They are installed:

• on tense sections of the pipeline (high pressure and temperature, bumps, vibrations, aggressive environments) with the inadmissibility of leaks;
• in areas that do not require constant maintenance.

Our catalog contains welded fittings of AISI 304, AISI 316, AISI 321.12 (08) X18N10T, 03X17N14M2T according to DIN standards and GOST of the following types:

• collars are stainless. They are part of the connecting node with free flanges. Collars are welded to the ends of the connected pipes, on which free flanges are worn, after which the flanges are pulled together with bolts or stilettos. Free flanges do not come into contact with the working environment, so cheaper silomine flanges can be used in less responsible sections of the pipeline;
• bends, designed to create turns of the pipeline track to a given angle. In our range — the most commonly used 90o electric welds DIN and seamless GOST. A weld reduces the strength of the part, so electric welds are installed on less stressed sections of the pipeline;
• steel stainless transitions to create a smooth and safe transition from one diameter to another. Conversations DIN and GOST concentration are used to connect pipes with matching axles, eccentric - for areas with axle displacement;
• teens in the emergency electric welded DIN and seamless GOST distributing the operating flow;
• stalls made of steel elliptical DIN and GOST to create deadlocks in the pipeline. The elliptical shape is used for uniform pressure distribution, matching a hydraulic shock of up to 16 MPa.
