Flange connections are durable, reliable and durable. Stainless steel flanges operate in conditions of aggressive environments, high temperatures and pressure, various mechanical loads. Flange connections are widely used in pipelines, structures and mechanisms.

Our range includes AISI 304, AISI 316, 12X18N10T stainless steel flanges, 10X17N13M2T of high quality, including:
- welded flanges according to DIN and GOST standards. A pair of flanges is welded to the ends of the pipes with two seas. The connection is tightened with bolts or studies, pre-installing the gasket to ensure tightness and uniform distribution of pressure. Withstand pressure up to 2.5 MPa;
- collar flanges DIN and GOST. A collar of — cone-shaped protrusion in the center of the flange is welded to the pipe. Such a compound provides almost complete tightness at a pressure of up to 40 MPa;
- free flanges are stainless and silomine. The combination kit with free flanges includes a pair of collars that are welded to the ends of pipes with pre-dressed free flanges. Then the free flanges are pulled off using fasteners. This type of connection is used in hard-to-reach sections of the pipeline, where frequent maintenance and repair are necessary. For non-stressed areas with a pressure of not more than 1 MPa, silhouette flanges are used as cheaper;
- DIN and GOST flange plugs to block the flow;
- flange gaskets of steel and non-metallic DIN and GOST. For responsible sections of the pipeline, steel gaskets are used, for less stressful ones - paronite, Teflon, EPDM.
